Booking is easy
- Drop the dedicated groups team a message by email at groups@rivieratravel.ie
- We can hold the necessary space on your chosen holiday off sale without obligation.
- We will provide booking forms and itineraries and advise how your members can book.
- We can increase or decrease the amount of space held to suit your needs, subject to availability.
- We will send the confirmations/invoices directly to your group members – the travel documents can come to you to distribute or again be sent directly to the members - whatever is easier for you.
Terms and Conditions
The amount of money back is based on the basic cost per person. This basic cost does not include room/travel upgrades & supplements. We do not offer a group incentive on bookings made through a third party – this includes via travel agents and online booking sites – or for bookings on any of our dedicated media partner holidays. The free place or payment allocated is based on all that travel together, as long as you pass any quoted minimum number of participants. Anyone that cancels prior to travel is not included in the total passenger numbers used for this payment of commission or free places. Holidays that are cancelled by Riviera Travel will be refunded in full and therefore group payments or free places will not be due. After travel, we will send full details of the amount that is due to the named group leader along with the process of how to claim. Payment is made to the nominated account within 30 days from when the claim is received at our end. Riviera Travel retains the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
