Make your holiday more personal to you with the help of our Travel Concierge, available on all of our European river cruises.  

Ever wanted to extend your holiday by a few nights? Perhaps you need return flights to different airports? Or would like to fly from an airport we don't currently have available in our packages? Our Travel Concierge is ready and waiting to make your travel experience with us extra special. 

Our carefully crafted river cruises will still be the same award-winning itineraries we are known for. However, we know that your preferred travel arrangements are individual to you, and so our dedicated team of experts are here to help. 

Can I use the Travel Concierge if I’ve already got an existing booking?

Yes, absolutely! If you have an existing booking, you can add on services available through Travel Concierge such as a stay in an airport hotel before your holiday. If you’d like to use the Travel Concierge to change elements of the holiday you’ve already booked – for example changing your flights, or adding a pre or post cruise hotel stay – then we are happy to help with this too. However, any costs already committed by us on your behalf for your existing booking – for example non-refundable flights – will still be incurred.

Here's how our Travel Concierge service can help:

For European river cruises  

• Add up to two nights before you sail in the destination your river cruises starts from 

• Add up to two nights after your cruise in the destination your river cruises ends in 

• Change your departure airport (depending on flight availability) 

• Add a stay in an airport hotel
